As the founder of The Fresh Ideas Co., a business consultancy, Melanie Eusebe is a business consultant with over 17 years of business experience – including with IBM and Ernst & Young.
For the past ten years, as a management consultant she has worked with top global brands and companies, helping them; improve their organisational strategy and operational performance, launch new products and create new revenue streams.
Committed to applying her Masters degree in philosophy with her extensive professional experience, Melanie has worked with small and large firms alike to tailor successful global business strategies to their needs. She is the founder and chair of several community initiatives and social enterprises, including the Trade School Westminster and the British Black Business Awards, and is a Radio Show Host at Colourful Radio.
Melanie is also a business guest lecturer and instructor at several higher education institutions and is a case study judge for the Hult Consulting Club.
Melanie is a regular speaker, panelist, lecturer and broadcaster who is respected for her contribution to promoting business leadership skills, harnessing entrepreneurial talent and economic empowerment.
